Domestic Orders (Thailand):


Due to the nature of the handmade braid jewelry, dreadlock accessories, and statement pieces, domestic orders take 1-7 days to process and 1-3 days to ship, depending on the arrival city in Thailand.


International Orders (Outside of Thailand)

Orders take 1-7 days to process and 2-4 weeks to transit-dependent on each countries customs and the new COVID19 Delivery Process.


Due to COVID19 processing restrictions possible shipping delay

Packages are first sent via Thai Post Registered or DHL and then transferred to your countries domestic postal service affiliated with Thai Post DHL.


Due to the recent COVID-19 rate spike in the US, fewer postal flights travel to America from Asia. Currently, America is listed as a "high-risk country to work, live, and ship to". Therefore we now have a 2 step shipping process:

1. Thailand to the US via Thai Post DHL.

2. US customs to your home via USPS.

You will receive 2 shipping confirmations to keep you updated with the international and domestic journey!

We are operating as normal shipping to EU and UK countries. Orders take 1-7 days to process and International shipping takes 1-2 weeks from Thailand based on your countries customs process. Mali Pah is not responsible for additional customs or import tax fees.

Please note that MALI PAH pieces are created in limited quantity and are handmade, therefore shipping dates subject to change.

If a date change is made we will contact you via email.


Ensure that all addresses are correct, as orders are printed as directed by the customer and cannot be changed after the order is placed.

If addresses are faulty, missing information, or incorrect and returned to or HQ in California or Thailand, the customer is responsible for product reshipping fees.

We will contact you via the email address submitted during check out to notify you that we have received your package.

After the address is corrected, the customer will receive an invoice with the proper shipping calculation and the product will be reshipped after payment is cleared.

Mali Pah is not responsible for additional shipping rates or customs charges by customers when importing our goods.
